Who this is for
You belong here if…
You suspect your past is shaping your present in ways you haven't fully seen yet.
You're curious about your own story and want to take steps to explore it in more depth.
You want to find a community of like-minded people so that you are doing this work with others rather than alone.
You want to feel connected—to yourself, to others, to something larger than your wounds.
In many cultures, the village is the place where big emotions are held by the community so that you can experience and express them.
You do not carry your wound alone.
The elders witness. Elders are people who have suffered their suffering and know how to use their power on behalf of the wounded in the community.
You come back to yourself in the company of others who know how.
Why Do This
Information alone doesn't heal us.
What heals is exploring your actual story—and doing it alongside others.
The unexamined story doesn't go away. It gets buried in your body—and keeps running your life from there.
Another year with the same struggle is too high a price.

What becomes possible
Life can feel different.
You understand why you do what you do.
You feel the weight begin to lift—not all at once, but steadily, as your story becomes clearer.
You show up more fully for the people you love.
For years I have sat with people in my counseling office and watched them try to figure out their own stories.
The Village is what I needed when I was starting my own work. It's what I still need today.
A place where I can go deeper with others who are doing the same.

A few things people ask
When are the Live Sessions and are they recorded?
Live Zoom gatherings take place every other Monday at:
4-5 PM PT | 5–6 PM MT | 6–7 PM CT | 7–8 PM ET
Live Sessions will be recorded, so if you can’t join us live, you can watch the replay at a time that works for you.
Do I need to be in therapy to benefit from this?
No. The Village can be a complement to therapy for those who have a therapist, but this is deeply valuable by itself.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you want. One hour per week is a good start. The videos are meant to be watched at your own pace. There's no schedule to keep, no pressure to be "caught up." This is your journey.
What if I join and it's not what I expected?
You can cancel anytime with one click. No fine print, no guilt. We want you here because it's genuinely useful—not because you're locked in.
How is this different from Adam's podcast?
The podcast opens a door. The Village is a "next step" that might be helpful for you. You'll go deeper here—into your own story, your own body—with content designed for that purpose.
